Residential, commercial and industrial
What Rohan does
Everything behind the wall, and the bits you actually see.
Most of the work is houses around Falcon and Halls Head, but the van says residential, commercial and industrial for a reason. Shop sub-boards and workshop fit-outs are just as normal a week as downlights and a new power point.
Safety switches
RCDs fitted and tested. The bit of the board that trips before you do, and the first thing worth checking in an older Peel home.
Rewiring and renovations
Full or partial rewires, and the electrical side of a renovation run in step with your builder, tiler and cabinetmaker.
Lighting and LED
Downlights, pendants, step lights, batten lights and security lighting. Supply as well as install, so you are not left sourcing fittings yourself.
Power points
New outlets where you actually need them, including heavier 15 amp circuits out to sheds, pools and the back of the garden.
Hot water systems
Electric hot water units installed and repaired, and the circuit behind them checked rather than assumed.
Smoke alarms
Mains-powered smoke alarms supplied, fitted and tested, which is the one job in the house nobody thinks about until it matters.
Sheds, garages and workshops
Power and lighting run out to a new shed or workshop, from the sub-board through to the last batten light.
Commercial and industrial
Shop sub-boards, tenancy fit-outs and maintenance. The van says residential, commercial and industrial because all three are genuinely on the books.

Rohan Brown has been wiring this stretch of coast since 1997.
Foreshore Electrics is a one-van operation based in Falcon, with a hand on board for the bigger days. Rohan holds WA electrical contractor licence EC 6094 and has been working the Peel and Mandurah region since 1997.
Almost all of the work arrives by word of mouth, which is the honest reason there is no advertising anywhere and why the reviews read the way they do. People tend to mention the same three things: he turns up when he says, he explains what he is doing, and he cleans up before he goes.
The other thing that comes up is neatness. One customer put it best about a shed job: Rohan was careful not only to install the best solution technically, but also to make sure it looked good, despite the building being just a shed.
